Having heard great things about Dinner by Heston, we paid a visit during our stay in London. I was really amazed by his creativity and his ability to turn the ordinary to extraordinary.

The first few spoons of this broth were heavenly. But the taste of lamb started to overwhelm my taste bud after that.

This pate was smooth in texture, just lacking a bit of flavour.

Very tender and juicy piece of pigeon.

| Powdered duck breast |
Smoked confit fennels & umbles
This was a let down because the taste of the duck breast was overridden by star anise, hence there was a resemblance of a Chinese soy sauce marinated duck.

| Triple cooked chips |
Anyhow the tripe cooked chips made it up to its reputation. Very crispy and crunchy and extremely fluffy.

My favourite of the meal. The brioche having soaked in alcohol was absolutely delicious.
